As long as you cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 30-60 days before check-in, you will be eligible for a partial refund (50%). If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of check-in, no refund will be given.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and limitations, we are currently offering free cancellations 14 days before check-in.
We currently accept online payments via Stripe.
There is no need to print anything, simply provide your booking name or reservation number when checking in.
At check-in either in cash or by card.
Unless you choose to sample one of our special guest services, such as a massage or treatment, you will not have to pay anything in addition.
40% of the total accommodation is to be paid immediately, once the reservation has been confirmed.
A 3-night minimum stay applies to all bookings.
Our Villa and Casita are very well-equipped with an excellent range of amenities and services. Go to the “Our Accomodation” section on our website and click on “view details” under your chosen accommodation to see the full list. Yes, please make your request at least 15 days in advance and we shall arrange for one to be provided.
Permission is required for all types of organised parties or events. Cantinho do Paraiso management will consider each one on an individual basis.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in either the Villa or the Casita.
